Web and Video Conferencing
Web conferencing will be as ubiquitous as email - in 2010(really? i am pretty sure its been here for a while and its about as bad as email).
Web Conferencing makes you a ‘Green’ company (ah love the greenwashing). Citing example of working with State of AZ. Removes 180 cars from the road. (Not sure of their metrics but it sounds good. Not sure how they match up to webex)
